1.Source file is edited by Project Manager into the style that is convenient to translate with CAT tools.

2.File is translated and reviewed by the first translator.

3.Translated file is edited by the Senior Editor.

4.Edited file is proofread by a third translator with profound industry knowledge.

5.The Proofread file is processed QA by Project Manager via software (QA Distiller / X-bench / Trados QA Checker / ErrorSpy etc.).

6.The QA file is checked compared with the source file by Project Manager manually. (Check special contents/script/format etc.)
