Komplikace s vyřízením apostille

  • 21.10.2022

The point of…

The point of an Apostille, is to be the highest verification of some  public body. Be it a person, a legal body or a public/municipal office. So. When talking about Apo on a translated document, one usually talks about TWO Apostilles.
  • One which verifies the issuer of the original document, to prove
that this document is not forged, altered or otherwise false. The guarantor in this case is the state, which appointed that  specific person into the stated position.
  • The other which verifies, that the translation has been done by
a person qualified for this job. Who in turn stands as a guarantor of the text. As things stand right now, We can give you the documents you sent us
with just the Second Apostille.
Should it turn out, that the office you are sending these document to,  need to have that original verified as well, bbaaad luck. The translation will need to be done from the ground up. Mainly because you would not be able to use the originals you sent us. For physical verification of the originals, it is impossible to use PDFs. Even physical documents have a certain level of requirements they
need to fulfill.
So.
You need to ask the final body these documents are made for, if they need BOTH Apostilles or not. If they do, then you’ll need to have those documents issued by a  public notary, and… .. we will need to alter the translation, because it’ll have additional text, a verification clause by the Notary and whatnot else. Also, there’ll be additional costs.
You have done, you have gotten verified translations from us, and possibly even other companies in the past, so you should KNOW by now how these things work. You should know the drill. In case olny 1 Apo is needed, then everything can be ready and handed over

on Monday.
